Texas Secretary of State Carlos Cascos met with Pharr city officials and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the Pharr International Bridge today. The tour was to brief Secretary Cascos on the bridge, trade and border issues. The meeting was followed by a press conference.
